Brushworks operator network

Own the local land clearing market.

Brushworks gives qualified operators the brand, lead funnels, marketing machine, training, media, documents, and field-tested systems to launch a professional land clearing market without starting from zero.

What you get

A marketing-led franchise system for dirt-work operators.

The real leverage is demand. Brushworks is built to bring operators the brand, funnel, creative, follow-up, and proof needed to win local jobs before competitors even look professional.

Local lead funnels

Brushworks builds the landing pages, proof angles, quote paths, and follow-up flows needed to create local demand.

Marketing management

Campaign direction, creative, messaging, content, and conversion improvements so operators are not guessing from scratch.

Brand + market presence

Use the Brushworks name, positioning, visuals, and local launch framework for your territory.

Sales + quoting systems

Practical pricing guidance, estimate structure, follow-up process, and job qualification standards.

Training + SOPs

Learn the service model, field standards, safety basics, customer experience, launch checklists, and operator documents.

Media + proof assets

Real jobsite photos, videos, thumbnails, ad creative, and proof assets you can use while building your own.

Why this works

Most operators can run machines. Almost none can build demand.

That is the Brushworks advantage. We are building the local marketing engine around the operator: search, social proof, quoting, follow-up, and content that makes customers trust the crew before the first site visit.

Who this is for

Operators who want to build, not dabble.

The best fit is someone who already understands machines, customers, mud, breakdowns, weather, and the difference between a good-looking job and a profitable one.

Own or can access a skid steer, CTL, forestry mulcher, brush cutter, or mowing setup.

Already work in land clearing, excavation, landscaping, ag, or rural property services.

Want Brushworks to help build the local demand engine while you focus on quoting, showing up, and doing excellent work.

What it is

Brand, funnels, systems, standards, and support.

Brushworks helps serious operators launch with a sharper identity, local lead funnels, marketing guidance, a proven service model, practical training, media assets, SOPs, quoting guidance, and a private operator portal.

What it is not

Not a guarantee. Not passive income.

You still need to sell, operate, maintain equipment, answer customers, manage jobs, and build your local reputation. We are allergic to get-rich-quick nonsense.

Questions

Before you apply.

We are looking for fit, not volume. If you are serious, the next step is a conversation about your market and capability.

Email About Applying

Do I need equipment already?

Usually, yes — or you need a credible plan to access it. This is built for operators, not armchair owners.

Is this a franchise?

It is being built as an operator/franchisee-style network. The exact structure depends on approval, territory, and final agreements.

Do you guarantee leads or revenue?

No. The monthly revenue model is $30k on the low side, $50k as the median target, and $75k+ for strong operators in strong markets — not a promise. We build the marketing engine and systems; you still have to operate well, sell well, and earn the reputation locally.

Can I keep my existing company?

Possibly. That is a fit question we would talk through during approval and territory planning.
